• We are responsible from the exact timing of operations and promised services which are mentioned in tour programs.

• We are responsible for ensuring that all equipment used in our tours are well maintained, that they comply with safety standards and updates.
• We are responsible for the regular technical and in-house training of our tour leaders, and the validity of their certificates, if any.
• We are responsible for the legal insurance obligations of all persons who work under our service in our office, in our office, in our operations.
