Nestled in a remote corner of the Caucasus Mountains, Svaneti is a paradise! It has been a place untouched and undiscovered until the recent tourism development support. Over the past decade, the Svan and Georgian communities, eager to share this haven with the world, have crafted the most exquisite model for nature tourism in the region. Throughout the development of this area, we have embarked on numerous tours, exploring the lush green hills, discovering the local cuisine and culture, and traversing magnificent trails step by step. Now, we invite you to join us in uncovering this hidden paradise amidst the solitude of winter.
Mestia and its surroundings, previously trekked by our trips during the summer months, will become our base once again. Especially recommended for those who have already marveled at the beauty of this region in the warmer seasons, our winter tour promises an experience beyond what words can convey. With Svan towers and narrow streets blanketed in snow, Mestia will be our home during this tour. In recent years, this region has become a favorite among skiing and mountaineering enthusiasts. Positioned in such a remote and extraordinary location for winter sports, Svaneti welcomes the world’s most discerning and passionate nature athletes.
It’s a rare occurrence for anyone from our country to embark on a winter tour to Svaneti! This is precisely why we are thrilled to share the excitement of conducting a winter activity tour in this special region of the Caucasus, utilizing all our expertise and experience.
Designed for those curious to explore, and fond of winter hikes in the mountains and fields, this tour is tailored for enthusiasts who may have visited Svaneti before or heard tales of its beauty. Nevertheless, we must emphasize that what you see and hear during the winter season will surpass your expectations. Svaneti’s snow-covered towers and narrow streets in Mestia will captivate you during our tour. The region has become a renowned hub for skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts worldwide due to its establishment as a winter sports center in such a remote and distant area.
For this extraordinary experience, we will embark on a lengthy journey. To make our journey more economical and comfortable, we will utilize the most suitable domestic flights, starting from the Black Sea coast of our country and heading towards the mountains in the northeast of Georgia.
In the protection of the toughest peaks of the Caucasus Mountains, the resilient mountain people of Svaneti, isolated for centuries, invite you to seize the opportunity to join this unique adventure. Hurry, as we plan to conduct this tour with only small groups.
